With over 10 years of experience at renowned patisseries in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, including Champignons Pâtisserie and Le Matin Pâtisserie, he has honed his skills in both technique and innovation. His award-winning creations reflect a deep understanding of flavour, texture, and presentation, making him a standout in the culinary field. Dedicated to pushing the boundaries of pastry art, Chef Alfred consistently delivers exceptional and creative desserts that leave a lasting impression.

Chef Joscelyn specializes in canapés and modern French pastries, with a versatile skill set spanning both pastry and hot & cold kitchens. Her decade-long career includes working at top-tier restaurants, ateliers, and patisseries in both Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, including LeVeL33, ÁTIPICO, and Champignons Pâtisserie, as well as prestigious private events for brands like Hermès, DIOR, and CHANEL. Known for her bold, daring flavours and attention to detail, she crafts desserts that captivate not only through their presentation but also through their complex flavour profiles.
